With reference to your Despatch No. 12 of January 9th, 1902, I have the honour to inform you that the Legislative Council of this Colony has voted the sum of £333 6s 8d as a contribution towards a Laboratory to be established at the country branch of the Jenner Institute in England for the preparation of Yersin's Curative Serum for Bubonic Plague.
